In Cherry Canyon—Owl Trail connects Flint Canyon Trail with Cerro Negro Trail. The northeastern portion of the trail from Flint Canyon trail to the Seco Creek Trail is a beautiful shady trail set among oaks near a year-round stream. The upper portion of Cerro Negro Trail is steep and rocky.
