The Villanueva de la Canada delegation and members of the LCF Sister Cities organization, LCF City Council and LCF Trail Council attended a dedication of the new Friendship Trail Memorial Day weekend 2022. The trail should start construction later this summer and be completed by the end of 2023.
In 2017, we signed a Sister Cities Partnership Agreement with Villanueva de la Cañada, a charming suburb of Madrid, which is home to the European Space Astronomy Centre and partners with our own JPL.
